Intelliworx’s QA (quality assurance) team includes individuals from various professional backgrounds. Our QA Lead is Ben Nitschke, and he has been with the Intelliworx team for nearly 2 years. Ben is responsible for end-to-end testing and directing how QA issues are assigned to other team members. Working alongside Ben is Margo Green, who started her career as a software developer and has spent the last 8 years working as a software tester. Shonnie Calloway has been in the IT industry for over 20 years and has worked for major insurance & airline companies as a QA tester before joining Intelliworx.
What do Intelliworx’s QA testers do? To put it simply, they are the advocates for the customer! The QA tester’s role is to identify issues in our software applications before they are released to the public. To do this, they use a range of testing methods, including web browser testing tools to evaluate the application’s functionality & usability.
Why is Quality Assurance testing important? Intelliworx’s QA testers work closely with other Intelliworx teams including product specialists, developers, and our project managers. QA testing plays a critical role in ensuring that our applications are developed and released to the highest possible standards. Their work helps to ensure that the software applications built by Intelliworx are reliable, functional, and meet the end-users’ needs.
