 The Intelliworx website is owned and operated by HRworx, (DBA) Intelliworx. Certain Intelliworx websites are freely accessible (“Intelliworx Corporate Websites”), and are intended for the marketing of Intelliworx products. Other Intelliworx websites are restricted to those who are authorized to access them by Intelliworx and have a username and password (“Intelliworx Customer Websites”). This Privacy Policy governs the Intelliworx Corporate Websites, and your use of these Intelliworx Corporate Websites.

Please note that if you choose to opt-out of marketing-related emails, you may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.

Mobile location data: You can disable our access to your device’s precise geolocation in your mobile device settings.

HOW LONG INTELLIWORX RETAINS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

 

CHILDREN’S POLICY

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 13, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
