Quality Assurance (QA) At Intelliworx, we believe that our people are the driving force of our success and that our company is defined by the qualities of our team members. Today, we are highlighting our Quality Assurance Team. Intelliworx’s QA (quality assurance) team includes individuals from various professional backgrounds. Our QA Lead is Ben Nitschke, and he has been with the Intelliworx team for nearly 2 years. Ben is responsible for end-to-end testing and directing how Quality Assurance issues are assigned to other team members. Working alongside Ben is Margo Green, who started her career as a software developer and has spent the last 8 years working as a software tester. Shonnie Calloway has been in the IT industry for over 20 years and has worked for major insurance & airline companies as a QA tester before joining Intelliworx.
